Kinga is very serious about her yoga practice. "Yesterday. Insane beach and magical sunset – I couldn't resist… 🧘🏻 ♀️ The best thing about practicing yoga is that you can do it anywhere, at any time, without special equipment, without fancy clothes. All you need is an impulse. There is no competition in yoga, you can only be a better version of yourself every day. Yoga is not gymnastics, it's a conversation with your own body and soul, from which you can learn a lot about yourself. However, fortunately for me 😉, there are no shortage of challenges here. In order to stand on one leg (on barefoot, on an uneven rock, with the wind from the sea) and raise your hands up, you need focus and a balanced, deep breath. If you can still close your eyes and stay in this position for a few minutes, magical experiences are guaranteed 🙏🏻 . Would recommend!" she captioned a recent post.

Kinga also makes sure to hydrate. In her latest post she carries a coconut around. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

"I stay active, do extreme sports, have tons of energy!" Kinga reveals in her most recent post. One of her favorite sports? Skiing. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

King also enjoys surfing. "Surfing is a massive dose of adrenaline and definitely the most difficult (most risky) sport I've ever done (and I have a few extremes in my resume😉)," she captioned a post. "In surfing, coordination and general fitness are one thing, technique and strength are another, experience is third, but here comes intuition and the ability to 'read; the ocean and this is a higher degree of insideration," she continued.

In her most recent post, Kinga also reveals she is a vegetarian. "I've been meat free for years and I'm okay with that💚! #dzienbezmiesa. I also don't drink cows milk, don't eat butter or other animal products. My diet is well balanced because I replace the animal protein with a plant based one (lentil plants)," she said. "Giving up meat is an individual decision. I initially cut back on meat significantly, then I finally gave up on it completely. Never been attracted to it since, never "missed" its taste, never regretted the change."
