Becoming a brand ambassador of Lancôme is a dream come true for Iga Swiatek. The Word No.1 looked stunning in pictures she posted on April 15 across her social media platforms to announce that she joined celebrities like Zendaya and Julia Roberts as Lancôme’s ambassador.
This made Pole the first from her country as well as the first athlete to sign a deal with the renowned cosmetic brand. In the pictures that she shared, Swiatek, with the classic red lipstick, donned a tight black bodysuit and is undoubtedly turning the heads of fans.
On Instagram, the 22-year-old revealed how, during her teen years, she loved Lancôme’s Idole perfume, expressing her delight that she never thought of joining the brand as its ambassador. Swiatek also found it an opportunity to show her feminine side more.
As a teenager, I got an Idôle perfume by Lancôme as a gift… I liked it a lot and since then I have had some good feelings about the brand. I hadn’t even thought that I would be announcing my cooperation with a beauty brand like this a couple of years later… And that I will become the first Polish ambassador of the brand and first athlete among ambassadors like Zendaya or Julia Roberts…Iga Swiatek wrote on Instagram
Swiatek also claimed that the team is going to develop a CSR (corporate social responsibility) project to help women in the job market.
This is huge for me. I’m glad that, thanks to this partnership, I will be able to celebrate my femininity because, as a tennis player, wearing mainly sports clothes, I don’t have a lot of opportunities to do so.Iga Swiatek added
