Bonneville County sheriff raises concerns over national border crisis

BONNEVILLE COUNTY, Idaho (CBS2) — Bonneville County Sheriff Samuel Hulse recently released a statement addressing the American Sheriff Alliance calling for action at the border.

As the Sheriff of Bonneville County, I add my voice with most of Sheriffs around the nation concerned with the trends that are we experiencing at the borders and throughout our nation. Never in the history of our nation have we seen this level of illegal drugs, overdose deaths and human trafficking. The criminal drug cartels are emboldened and operating with near impunity inside the United States and along the Southern Border.Attached is a letter from the Nation’s Sheriffs.
